Course Overview

The course is broken up into fifteen modules. After most modules (some are combined) there is a quiz to help the students retain the information they’ve just watched. After the fifteenth module, there is a final exam. The course takes approximately two hours to complete including all quizzes and final exam.

After successfully completing the course, the student will receive a certificate that is recognized internationally. Students should use these certifications to show current and future employers they are well trained and prepared to work as a customer service representative.

This course introducesa variety of soft skills to the students. Many are unique to the Japanese culture, but most students will be able to relate because these skills are also introduced in Western societies in the home, via religious organizations, and at school. Often overlooked but not forgotten, this course will help students to remember and internalize these skills as to be able to utilize them at their place of employment.
